These are English 19th century brass toasting forks depicting places in England. The tongs are different as well as the tops of the forks. The forks were used to toast bread or crumpets in the fireplace. From left to right the forks show Old Bridge House in Ambleside, Warwick Castle, Clovelly, Banbury Cross, & Hastings. Each fork is $30. |
