This is an English early 19th century mahogany church collection box with pretty shaping at the top of the handle & on the bottom of the box front. It looks charming hanging on the wall with something hanging inside (like a horse brass, etc.) or just plain. It measures 15" long x 6 1/2 wide x 2 3/4" deep. Circa 1820-40 |
