This is an English mid-19th century brass coal bucket with a nice swirled design going around it, shaping at the top, & a pretty handle that moves up & down. It's in excellent condition with a nice old bottom, but signs of use through the years & a few tiny dents. It measures 12 1/4" opening from front to back x 11" diameter at the bottom x 15 1/2" high to the handle. Circa 1860 |
