This is an English early 19th century jug made by Mayer and Newbold with markings on the bottom "M & N New Opaque." There's nice age and wear to the bottom. It measures 4 1/4" wide with handle x 3 3/4" deep x 4 3//8" tall. Circa 1825-1832.
